Designed for Ageing: Developing a user-centric digital coaching service for the attainment of personalised healthy ageing goals

Holly Health and Age UK Lewisham & Southwark have partnered to develop a digital coaching service to support older adults with healthy ageing. By supporting the physical and mental health of older adults with relevant personalised coaching via the Holly Health app, we aim to significantly reduce sedentary behaviours, support physical and mental health and improve quality of life.
